How Pre-Order Works

1. Pre-Order Window Opens
   Customers reserve their pieces during a limited window. This helps us understand the demand for each size and design.
2. Production Begins
   Once the window closes, our workshop in Jordan begins production.
   Every piece is handcrafted by skilled makers who focus on detail and consistency.
3. Delivery
   When production finishes, orders are shipped from Jordan and delivered to customers.
   Some items may not restock after the batch.

Once the pre-order window closes, production begins. Every item is made especially for the customers who reserved it. Delivery timelines are shared for each collection so you always know what to expect. Quantities are limited and some items may not return after a batch sells out. When your piece arrives, it carries the story of the hands that made it and the community that supported it from the beginning.
