If a garment does not fit or meet expectations, customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving the order. Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
We do not offer store credit. For approved returns, refunds are issued to the original payment method once the item has been received and inspected. Refund processing time can vary depending on the financial institution and currency conversion.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs charges associated with the return, unless the product was faulty or damaged upon arrival. We recommend using tracked shipping for returns.
For pre-order items, exchanges may be limited due to small-batch production. If an exchange is not possible, a refund will be issued.
Our garments are handmade with attention to detail and durability. If a manufacturing defect appears within 2 years of purchase, please contact us with photographs and a description of the issue. We will assess the case and offer repair, replacement, or refund depending on the circumstances.
This warranty covers defects in craftsmanship and materials. It does not apply to issues caused by normal wear, washing errors, accidental damage, or alterations.
Pre-order pieces enter production after the pre-order window closes. Estimated delivery dates for each batch are listed on the product page and on the pre-order calendar. These estimates reflect the time needed for production, quality control, and international shipping. Customers will be notified in the case of unforeseen delays.
International orders may be subject to customs processing which can extend delivery times. Customs clearance speed depends on the regulations of the destination country and is outside our control.
